Cardio or Carbs? Trying to lose weight is difficult when you feel that you are overweight. That's is how I'm feeling lately. Does one cut carbohydrates out of their diet in an effort to lose fat, or cut cardio out to gain muscle mass? I have decided to approach this matter to include moderate amounts of both cardio and carbohydrates to reach my goals. The point to remember is that everyone is different. People also respond differently to different diet combinations. I personally do not feel good on a high protein diet. Don't go to extremes and completely cut these factors out of your life. Remember that there are reasons, that make cardiovascular training and carbohydrate rich foods important in every healthy lifestyle.
